Data License

Grant

Newmerica Industries, LLC grants the buyer a non-exclusive license to use the licensed data for internal purposes and in the buyer's own products, reports, and filings, with attribution to the Aquadrio gridwater index and the version named on each record.

Redistribution

The buyer does not redistribute, resell, or publish the licensed files or the hours in them. Figures and findings drawn from them may be published with attribution.

The buyer does not carry a building's level or the hours as data in a product offered to others. A vendor that wants them as a column writes to pilots@aquadrio.com.

Index Level

The index level, the sample records, and the verifier are published under CC BY 4.0 and need no license from this page.

As Is

The licensed data is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a purpose and without a service level. Every record recomputes from its own figures, and the method is published.

Same Number

Every buyer receives the same figures. No figure is changed for a buyer, and no payment buys a different number.

Corrections

A correction to a sealed record is published as its own record and listed in the changelog. The record it corrects stands, and the correction stands beside it.

Term

A purchase of the Hours or a Building Record covers the span bought. A subscription to the Notice or the API covers its paid months.

Refunds

A delivered file that fails to verify is replaced or refunded on request within thirty days of delivery.

Entity and Law

The licensor is Newmerica Industries, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. This license is governed by the law of the State of Michigan.
